Her practice is centered on client empowerment, striving to drive positive change with a strong focus on promoting longevity, sustainability, increasing ability, enhancing high-level performance, and improving quality of life.
Areas of Primary Focus:
-
Management of elite athletes including dancers at an individual and organisational level

PTSD and mood disorders
-
Addictions and withdrawals
-
Performance enhancement, longevity and wellness at an individual and corporate level
Lexi is passionate about facilitating connections between local supports within Ashgrove, Brisbane, and surrounds to promote better health access, positive health outcomes, and provide quality holistic care.
Bodytalk Physiotherapy and Health Services is a leader of integrated health that is solutions-open and neurodivergent affirming. We move beyond a problem-based, "fix it" modeling approach. By exploring possibilities and acknowledging the spectrum of functional dynamics, we actively work to remove the stigma around dysfunction and mental illness.
